Redemption of exhibitor passes

1. Redeem your digital ticket code:

• Every person, who requires admission to the fair, has to redeem his/her admission ticket code in the Ticket Shop in the run-up to INTERMOT and create a personal Koelnmesse account.

2. You get your ticket via e-mail:

• We will send you an order confirmation with your tickets as a PDF. The tickets are also available for download to the wallet on your device.
• You can access your trade fair tickets at any time in the ticket shop under “My Orders.” With your printed ticket or with the ticket as a PDF or in your device’s wallet, you will have access to the exhibition grounds.

With the app, you can quickly and easily access your ticket digitally. You will also receive up-to-date information about the event program (including search), the venue, and more. Even after the event, the app will provide you with relevant content and networking opportunities.

Of course, the app is free for you and is available for iPhone/iPad and Android in both German and English.

3. You arrive at INTERMOT

• You will be granted access to the fair grounds on presenting the admission ticket in the ticket wallet of the INTERMOT app.
