Order deadlines for exhibitors
We want to make sure that your participation as an [Messe] exhibitor is stress free. In addition we want to and make it easier for you to prepare for the trade fair. The following check list will provide you with an overview of all the things that you should consider and it includes important deadlines. This way, you will have all the important dates at a glance.
- You can find the right contact person to answer your questions with one click
- You can import the most important dates directly into your calendar software (e.g. Outlook) using iCalendar
- Show or hide deadlines, important information and start dates for organizing your trade fair participation

By registering on or before 31 January 2022 exhibitors will be charged the reduced trade fair participation price. The price is based on the date the registration forms are received by Koelnmesse.

Mailing of stand confirmations
01.02.2022 | 9:00 AM
Starting about February 2022 stand confirmations are sent out. The participation contract takes effect with stand confirmation.
The stand area confirmation includes dimensioned stand sketches and site maps as attachments.

Mailing of stand rental invoice

You will receive the invoice for the participation fee including stand area rental, along with your free work and exhibitor passes, starting around July 2022.
Invoice amounts are payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

On the press and trade visitor days only journalists and international VIP-trade visitors with a special invitation are allowed to visit the fair. Stand construction is not allowed on press days.

The stand may not be partially or completely cleared, nor may exhibits be packed away, before 6:00 p.m. on 9 October 2022. Trucks will be permitted to enter from 6:00 p.m.
Koelnmesse has the right to impose a contract penalty of up to Euro 5,000.00 for each time that an exhibitor violates this regulation. Koelnmesse may in addition/as an alternative bar the exhibitor in question from participating in the following event.

Invoice
Mailing final invoice for services

Koelnmesse GmbH is entitled to collect an adequate down payment for the services provided at an event – e.g. electricity and water supplies, media services etc. The amount of the down payment for services is based on the services invoiced at the previous event.
For exhibitors that did not take part in the previous event, the down payment amounts to 21,00 EUR / sqm. Following the event, a separate invoice will be drawn up for the services provided; the down payment will be credited to this amount.
Invoice amounts are payable immediately upon receipt. If the down payment exceeds the amount charged for services provided, the excess amount will be paid back to the exhibitor. Exhibitors are not entitled to have interest paid on their down payment.
