Redeem construction and dismantling passes
Redeem codes for construction and dismantling passes of INTERMOT
You will receive digital ticket codes from your client (= exhibitor) to redeem in the ticket shop – one for each team member.
Exhibitors at INTERMOT can order their codes for exhibitor and work passes as well as visitor tickets online via the service shop. Please pass these codes on to all people who need access to INTERMOT.
Admission to the trade fair occurs in three simple steps:
1. Redeem your digital admission ticket code:
- You redeem your admission ticket code in the Ticket Shop in the run-up to INTERMOT and create a personal Koelnmesse account (which also applies for the registration via the INTERMOT app.
- After redeeming your ticket code, you will receive an order confirmation for your ticket for the set-up and dismantling period of INTERMOT.
2. You get your ticket via e-mail:
- We will send you an order confirmation with your tickets as a PDF. The tickets are also available for download to the wallet on your device.
- You can access your trade fair tickets at any time in the ticket shop under “My Orders.” With your printed ticket or with the ticket as a PDF or in your device’s wallet, you will have access to the exhibition grounds.

With the app, you can quickly and easily access your ticket digitally. You will also receive up-to-date information about the event program (including search), the venue, and more. Even after the event, the app will provide you with relevant content and networking opportunities.
Of course, the app is free for you and is available for iPhone/iPad and Android in both German and English.
3. You arrive to INTERMOT for stand construction and dismantling:
- With your printed ticket or with the ticket as PDF or in the app of your mobile device you get access to the fairground.
