The ticket codes offer you as exhibitors and/or stand constructor a number of advantages:

• You can register for the trade fair and redeem your ticket code quite simply online.
• The exhibitor passes will be displayed automatically in the ticket wallet of the app. This enables you to enter the trade fair without delay.
• When you redeem the ticket code online, you will receive the free public transport ticket in a separate e-mail. The public transport ticket is valid for buses and trains in the extended network of the Rhein-Sieg Transport Authority (VRS). Exempted are Deutsche Bahn AG trains that are subject to a surcharge (e.g. IC/EC or ICE trains)
  (Please be informed, that this only applies to exhibitor passes. Not construction passes!)
• Access to the expanded online information offers users an optimal and comfortable way to plan their visit to the trade fair.
• Please note, that you have to redeem the ticket codes online. You will not be able to redeem the ticket codes at the box offices on site.

Please note: Each person needs his own ticket shop account, because the ticket will always be automatically issued in the name of the account holder. It is not possible to redeem the ticket code for another person.

1. Go to the link to the Ticket Shop.
2. Enter your ticket code in the input field and click on »Continue«.
3. Register in the ticket shop or log in with your existing account.
4. Complete the order by clicking on the button » Yes, redeem the Business Ticket / Ticket reservation for [name]«. For you as a ticket code holder, the order is free.
5. The admission ticket is available for printing or download to your mobile device directly after ordering.
6. You will receive your free travel ticket in a separate e-mail shortly after your ticket (Only valid for exhibitor passes, not construction passes). To use the public transport system please print out the PDF file in size A4 or download the PDF file to your mobile device. The public transport ticket is non-transferable and only valid in connection with a valid photo identification and an admission ticket of Koelnmesse GmbH.
